The stay was ideal for us, not right in the city center which was easily reached. Got the timing right for the annual students party. Quiet, being downstairs we would book a room upstairs with views next time.

The decor of the property is charming. The private patio, with available barbecue facilities, is spacious and wonderful for eating outside. Large soft bath towels, and extra towels were made available to us for beach use. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was really nice. The area is quiet, a 10 minute walk to the fresh produce market.
An opportunity to stay in a charming, traditional building in a great location. I walked from the train station. Bright and homely. Private bathrooms. Slept very well. Great cafe (Skippers) and tapas bar across the road. Many other restaurants nearby. Super value for money.
The hotel is in a great location for access to Coimbra. We did not want to stay in the city and purposely chose to be outside. The hotel is a 10 minute drive away from the city centre where there is ample parking. It was a quiet hotel with very supportive staff. Restaurant food was of high standard and the pool was super.
