They minded our large bags twice (for free), both going to Machu Picchu and returning. Organised a driver to Cusco for us too.

Staff was very attentive. Got to leave our bags for a whole other day while doing a tour and got to use their facilities afterwards to get ready. 5 min walk from the main square.
