Incredibly nice staff. They even helped us arranging our tour for next day with no previous notice and better price. Consider that the hotel is located on a extremely narrow street shared with cars. Be careful. Also, it’s located up in a hill which you can feel with Cuzco’s altitude of 3400 masl. I recommend always arriving by car if you are traveling with young kids or older people.

Breakfast is probably the best we've had in the whole of South America. We also were able to buy sandwiches for lunch the next day. The owners are so friendly and lovely. Just a great place to stay after a long day of walking. Very comfortable room, lovely areas to relax. Highly recommend.

The bed was super comfortable. There was an unfortunate incident with my payment, and they were wonderful to correct it from their side. It was all cleared up swiftly, thanks to their professionalism. We had super early mornings due to our day tours booked and they served us breakfast whenever we needed it even at 4 am. I would 100% recommend staying here whilst exploring the beautiful city of Cusco and its surroundings!
