I have no bad thing to say about this hostel. Yes it could look like a normal private room hostel, but the way we felt staying at Rafa’s hostel was so amazing, that we came back two more times. Everything was great, even if there was a minor inconvenience, Rafa helped us in seconds. So this was obviously our favorite hostel ever. Also the rooms are nice, AC is great, the breakfast is really yummy (nica breakfast), and overall the vibe is very chill and calm. Thank you Rafa!

The 3 cats on the property were a bonus. Very friendly! Rafa is the most positive and helpful host.

He brings the property to life and is super to help out any way he can The property was close to town They were building 5 more beautiful rooms that should be ready very soon

For an alternative to the restaurant facilities, why not make use of an outdoor dining area, available for all units at the bed and breakfast. The units feature a private bathroom, free toiletries and bed linen. I found a piece of happiness here..the property and the beach front were perfect, secluded beach all to yourself…and maybe the random horse. Very beautiful and relaxing place to stay… also the room service food was a complete bonus…fresh everything!! Can’t bet fresh coffee being delivered to your room in the morning.

The view was incredible, super easy access from Balgue but also super peaceful and quiet. You feel disconnected when you are there. We also appreciate that they found us a guide to hike the Conception volcano, and they pre-booked our ferry tickets with the car. We will come back !

The communal kitchen is well-appointed. The wifi coverage is excellent. Poppy the dog and Blimp the cat are adorable ambassadors. Louis, Nick, and the team are friendly and extremely responsive. This is a special place to return to after a day of adventure in San Juan. It is also an incredible value.
