The property is 500 metres from the city centre and 500 metres from Basilica San Marco. I was awestruck by the view from our beautiful room’s balcony. The staff were very hospitable and helpful and took great care of us. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

Nice swimming pool and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Room was spacious, very modern and exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area again.

Guest rooms at the accommodation feature air conditioning and a wardrobe. Some rooms have a shared kitchen, while the Two-Bedroom Apartment has a private one. We sadly only stayed for one night, but thanks to Andrea, we wished it was more. Excellent communication, a lovely unexpected breakfast, non tourist restaurant recommendations, and allowing us to check in early, made our stay a stand out experience. We are tour operators and would place this hotel in our world top 5 - highly recommend.
