Quaint flat, near city centre, quiet location.
Charming family who were great hosts, with plenty of information about the area and places to visit. Excellent facilities and a wonderful place to relax by the pool in the peace and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of their own home made produce. Rooms were modern and very comfortable and provided plenty of privacy. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we are back in the area.
Quiet, peaceful place. Parking is free. Apartments and equipment correspond to the photo. Huge private terrace perfect for breakfast and dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped. Great location on a quiet street close to the centre of Lecce. Beautiful old palazzo with parking. Large comfortable room. Great breakfast. This was a charming stay, like being guests in a private home. Highly recommended.
Really great location near the city centre, and also a handy supermarket right below. The host was caring and very accommodating! Woke up to a great breakfast everyday with a good variety. I really enjoyed the local baked goods and fresh fruit provided. Room was spacious and clean. Thank you for a lovely stay! ☺️
We loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was very generous - fresh fruit, yoghurt, juice, pastries, omelette that was delicious, ham, cheese, rolls - and Marianna made us really good coffees plus made us feel very welcome. Our bedroom was large, air conditioned and we liked the private quiet location. Good shower. Only a brief drive down to restaurants, (maremossa & Porto Adriano) and gelateria and beach. We parked outside our accommodation.
We had a great stay, with all the necessary comfort you want for a summer vacation. Clean and comfortable rooms. Calm and quiet at night. Great location to visit Baia dei Turchi and Otranto from. And most importantly, a great host, who will help you out with dinner recommendations or any other questions. Try their local pasticciotto at breakfast, sooooo good!
Perfect location, 5minutes walk into Ostuni city centre. Clean home with aircon. I asked well in advance about parking and Paolo kindly reserved his private garage. Paolo also put on an excellent breakfast. Your private bathroom is easy to access outside your room. Paolo has thoughtfully added a curtain in the hallway between your room and the one other B&B room which has their own ensuite. Paolo was lovely and friendly, sharing many local tips. I would definitely stay again.
Excellent breakfast on the lovely terrace. The building is charmingly quaint, the flats are well equipped and quirkily decorated. Central location in the city centre close to the public beach.
A perfect example of a niche boutique hotel: perfect & personal service from all the staff (from the barman to Giuseppe, the GM), high quality & new rooms in a charming old building. A mini rooftop pool, just enough to cool off, and roof terrace to relax, read, drink. Located in the (old) city centre, but still in a quiet corner, only minutes (& meters) away from restaurants, shops, museums, etc.
