The Petit Nid B&B is a small charming family rub bed and breakfast in Valtournenche. It was easy to find and there is a small car park just opposite the building. The room was simple but full of mountain character (wooden decor, beautiful old wooden windows), and had all necessary facilities. The breakfast served by the host is delicious, you sit by the fire and admire the sunrise over the mountains in the window. The host is very friendly, caring and willing to help. In the morning it was 5 min drive to Valtournenche ski lift car park. Overall unbelievable value for money! Would definitely stay again.

Overlooking Mount Cervino or surrounding garden, rooms at the Mollino include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and some have a balcony. The private bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. Enzo was the perfect host. Every day he treats his guests with a wonderful breakfast which includes among others tasty italian cheese, salami and fruits. The room was cleaned every day and has manual temperature adjustment to set it up as you prefer. Hot water, a spacy bathroom, clean sheets and towels are all there too. Also, the facility has its own ski room and it is with walking distance to the village center and to the ski lifts. This is a highly recommended place to stay.

Just 100 metres from the Valtournenche ski lifts, Locanda4 offers charming suites, each with free Wi-Fi and a sauna or hydromassage bath. It features a restaurant and a pretty garden with tables and chairs. The room with the warm large jacuzzi was brilliant. The breakfast and cakes prepared by chef Andreas were delicious. Staff were literally available to help 24 hours. We arrived at 1 am and received instructions where to park.

Guest house L'Ancien Paquier is in the historic centre of Valtournenche and has a classic mountain design, made of natural stone and wood. Rooms come with wood floors, warm colour schemes and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Some rooms include free parking. A super nice family run hotel in the Cervinia-Valtournenche ski area. The hotel is ca 5 min by car / village ski bus from the main lift in Valtournenche, and is then linked skiing to Cervinia and the Swiss Zermatt ski areas. Alternatively you can drive or take the bus to Cervinia (ca 15 min) and start from there. We did both. The rooms are as pictured, have all the necessities and are cleaned daily. The hotel also has a ski room with heated boot stands. The best part is the couple (Paola and Fabio) who run the hotel, they are so nice and hospitable. Paola called us ahead on the day of our arrival to inform on the weather conditions and give further instructions for arrival. During your stay, each day start with with their freshly cooked tasty breakfast and recommendations on the weather and where to go skiing this day. They also provide recommendations on dinner etc. The food they offer is local and made with love! Valtournenche is a small picturesque village, it is definitely more quiet than Cervinia, but matched our wishes. So overall a great stay and we recommend it for a ski holiday in the Cervinia/Zermatt area!
