Everything about Bungalow 99 is absolutely perfect. I’ve been traveling around India for a few months and really needed some city comforts to recharge my batteries and this place did not disappoint. Location is great in the beautiful Defense Colony. Staff was super nice. The place is spotless and decor is great. Truly a balm to my tired body. It is expensive and for that same price you can probably stay at a luxury 5-star hotel so it just depends on what you are looking for.

The manager and Staff are all very friendly, helpful and serviceminded. The location is good and peaceful, very close to several historical sights. The rooms are functional and cosy, good size, all the needs of the traveller is there, and proper preasure in the shower incl. hot water ofcourse. Commons and overall the property has a very cosy feel and beautifully decorated with Indian heritage and a modern urban feel. Its a calm oasis in a otherwise crazy city. Will be back.

The Tree of Life Bed & Breakfast is 1.5 km from Qutub Minar. The Indira Gandhi International Airport and New Delhi Railway Station are 17 km away. The Maharana Pratap ISBT is 22 km. Great place to stay in Delhi, in very safe area. Everything was good, the host and the staff were very helpful and caring. Ashwani also bought train tickets for us, for which I am very grateful, gave us some maps and recommended places to visit.

Lutyens Bungalow is 2 km from the famous India Gate and 6 km from New Delhi Railway Station. Indira Gandhi International Airport is 20 km away. The property is a slice of paradise in an otherwise hectic city. Lovely grounds, delightful pool, old-world charm, and a fascinating history connected to the family who still own the property and manage the guesthouse. I loved the communal dinner, which was delicious and varied every night and a great way to connect with the other guests. The Kahn Market is nearby and a good place for shopping, with FabIndia and Anokhi being my favorites, plus there are many good restaurants there. It was easy during the day to catch a rickshaw by just standing outside the gate. The guesthouse can be a little challenging to find at night, so keep the phone number handy. I also liked that it was a quick taxi ride to the airport. The owner is a wonderful hostess and the staff is friendly and helpful. Shukla, the owner, is a fount of knowledge. There was a very ill traveler staying at the guesthouse and she tended to her like a mother, even late into the night. Truly a caring person, and she and her daughter make one feel at home and welcomed. I can see why many expats return time and time again when in New Delhi. I stayed on both ends of my trip and look forward to staying again.

Never had any reason to remind them - whatever was asked they provided. Cleanliness of room was in place. I like staying in that hotel. Location of the Hotel is very good and had a pleasant time. Would love to visit whenever I come to New Delhi.
