The hotel staff can arrange car rental to explore the scenic town of Rethymno 50 km away. Free private parking is offered on site. The apartment was absolutely great, better than expected. Sadly we only stayed one night. The appartment was very private with a large balcony and there was also a backyard with a bbq area. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable beds, good kitchen utensils and great wifi.

The hosts are kindly and ready to assist you with all your needs and answer all your questions, the rooms were clean, and they were changing our sheets and cleaning our rooms on a daily base. The rooms are bright and big enough. The food they are preparing is also very tasteful. You are away from the closest beach and supermarket only 5 minutes walking. Baja beach is also 10 minutes walk and the promenade on the beach is 10 minutes which is the path you can choose to go to the Old Town or to take a public bus which is 1 euro ticket cost in one way. Across the street from the Athina, is the best Taverna in the Rethymno town called Zisis Taverna and it is important to be known.

Centrally situated in Old Rethymno Town, right on the seafront, this property is just opposite the beach. It features air-conditioned rooms with free wired and Wi-Fi internet.

The Sea Front Rooms Old Town are bright and have wooden floors. They are equipped with a TV, safe and fridge. Most units have a furnished balcony and some overlook the Cretan Sea and the Venetian port, while others have a view over the main market street of the old town. the host was very informative, and explained us about the area, shops and where to travel :)

Family-run Antigoni is situated only 350 metres from the beach at Agia Galini town in Rethymno, in the South of Crete. Set on a low hill, it offers a view of the Libyan Sea and mount Psiloritis.

Antigoni offers well appointed rooms with sea or garden-view balconies. All rooms feature modern amenities such as satellite TV, air conditioning, fridge and electric kettle. The cleaning service of the room wil be done every other day. Value (quality you get compared to cost). Quality of room is better than expected. Very clean. Owner is diligent in cleaning the room. AC works well and quiet even during a heat wave (July 2022). I think the relatively low cost of the hotel room is mainly due to the high concentration of hotels in the small town.
