New family hotel, with the best owners❤️ All the furniture etc new, in good condition. Cozy and clean room, clean sheets, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice breakfast from 8am (it’s important if you like to wake up early). Absolutely astonishing view on the mountains from the room. But if you take a room on the other side, without view on Kazbegi, there’s a couple common terrace and the dining hall with the direct view- so you just need to wake up early (we saw the mount 3 times before 8 am, then it was too cloudy). There wasn’t AC in the room, but the weathers wasn’t hot (I suppose usual in this region), but there was a central heating for cold times. Here’s a small parking lot for 4-5 cars and the cutest playful dog ❤️ in the yard (take a break from sightseeing and hiking and play with him for a minute!) Overall there could be some things to be improved, but they are minor. Besides, as it’s a new place, I believe the family will manage to save the warmth of this place and make it better step by step.

Cottage was warm and comfortable though. Lela and her family were very nice and welcoming. Loved the baby pups and the cat.

Experiencing the real traditional Georgian culinary! Fresh vegetables, freshly made Khachapuri, yum! We had a long conversation during dinner with minimum language barrier with the help of Google translate. Highly recommended for any of travellers who seeks for the real local life with the experince of dining / staying as if at your own auntie's place! Loved it!

She was always asking if there was anything I needed. (After a long hike, I had tweaked my knee and Nino provided ice for me in plastic bags, she is a true gem.) The street the guesthouse is on is very quiet, so you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep. Great shower, plenty of hot water. If you were interested, Breakfast was 20 GEL and was very filling. Location is just 5 minutes walk to the center. I highly recommend staying here.
