Nice breakfast from 8am (it’s important if you like to wake up early). Absolutely astonishing view on the mountains from the room. But if you take a room on the other side, without view on Kazbegi, there’s a couple common terrace and the dining hall with the direct view- so you just need to wake up early (we saw the mount 3 times before 8 am, then it was too cloudy). There wasn’t AC in the room, but the weathers wasn’t hot (I suppose usual in this region), but there was a central heating for cold times. Here’s a small parking lot for 4-5 cars and the cutest playful dog ❤️ in the yard (take a break from sightseeing and hiking and play with him for a minute!) Overall there could be some things to be improved, but they are minor. Besides, as it’s a new place, I believe the family will manage to save the warmth of this place and make it better step by step.

Host was wonderful, her characteristic hospitality mad us fallen in love here, we feel so relaxed seem staying at aunty's house not guest house. She allowed us to do early check-in because the other room was available due to road to Juta will be closed at 9 am. Host fulled us with her delicious local food and drinks for breakfast & dinner (additional charges but cheaper than restaurants). My friend hates to eat fresh tomatoes but her salad changed her mind. Recommend her homemade wine. The location is not very centre or very near the village parking but easily calm not too far or too high with bag pack without horse service. We also had an opportunity to see her old/ traditional clothing, shoes, accessories too. This is very excited. If you didn't book the taxi for returning trip yet, here is offer taxi service that she can do some discount for her guest too.
