A continental breakfast is provided. Lovely welcome as soon as we walked up to the door where everything was explained to us. The room was very clean and well equipped for an over night stay. Separate wing for the B & B's, but host easily contacted if needed. Breakfast already set out for us in the dining room at our chosen time.

Dishes are served alongside a selection of cereals and fresh fruit juice. Excellent location; perfect for the NEC and easy to reach. Breakfast was very good & you could virtually have whatever you liked (Bacon sandwich was a must!). The hospitality of the hosts was second to none; the personal touch really does make a difference. I'd stay here again without hesitation & this is one of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed in.

Dating back to 1890, Elmdon Lodge still retains many original features, and has free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. The property has a quiet location in a leafy cul de sac, but is 5 minutes’ walk from the train station and 15 minutes’ drive from Birmingham.

In the morning, guests can enjoy a full English breakfast, served in the traditional dining room. Lighter options like porridge, yoghurt, cereals and fresh fruit are also available. We loved the room, it was very very clean, and the bathroom very modern. The house has backyard and parking for multiple cars. The guy and his wife Catherine are really great people, they were so nice and very helpful. They served us complimentary fresh coffee with croissant and we enjoyed it at the backyard. We recommend everyone to book at their Lovely lodge. You will never regret it
