Nether Stowey
The Old House offers breakfast each morning, speciality diets can be catered for on request. Guests are able to enjoy the flower-filled gardens. The bed and breakfast is within a 5-minute walk of local shops and restaurants. Wow! Not sure what we expected but this exceeded it! Enormous room in a beautiful house in a beautiful old village on edge of the Quantocks. Hosts are lovely people very friendly, and you have your own access to come and go as needed. Lots and lots of history with the house and its all explained in the information in the room. Room and Bathroom clean and well appointed, Mattress was the best we've ever stayed on, did not want to get up! Fantastic stay, wish we had made it longer! Breakfast superb.

Beautiful country house/horse farm in the middle of the Quantock Hills. Amazing cross country walking trails everywhere! If you’re a nature lover, you’ll love this as much as we did. Very cosy room and delicious breakfast - served in a typical old English country house. Anne & Mark were so accommodating and very helpful in booking our pub dinners and showing us the trails.
Nether Stowey
The Old House Cottages offers self-catering accommodation, situated in Nether Stowey, 11 miles from Taunton. The converted cottages feature traditional character, and cosy living spaces.
Each cottage offers free WiFi and on-site parking. In the lounge guests will find a flat-screen TV, a CD player, and sofas. The rooms include bedding and towels, and a welcome pack on arrival.
Overall, it is a wonderful place, pretty and charming. The cottage is immaculate and cosy. The beds are very comfortable. The decor is pleasant and light. Access to the main garden is also a real bonus.

Excellent location & very large spacious beautiful property
A lovely spacious and clean large room in a quiet setting. The house itself is full of history and character with many original features. It is well positioned for walks around the Quantock Hills with lovely scenery. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. There were fresh flowers in the room which were a nice touch. The large private garden was lovely and peaceful with plenty of seating. The breakfast was superb, well cooked with plenty of choices. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommended
Quiet and private
great location- lovely and quiet but not far from anything. lovely building and helpful hosts.
We liked the location and the peace and quiet. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Nice to roam around the farm but had to keep dogs on leads as we didnt know what farm animals we may run into. Bath was nice but small. Layout of the accommodation was quaint oldy worldy and very relaxing.

Great hosts , lovely spacious bedroom with wet room shower . We had evening meal and breakfast and the food was great and the pub and beer garden had a great atmosphere .
