I was running later than expected due to train issues, and Richard was more than happy to accommodate me. When I arrived, he was incredibly warm and welcoming - providing a detailed history and description of Brighton, and gave excellent recommendations based on our conversation and what he felt I would enjoy most - his dining suggestions were spot on! The room itself was lovely - I had knowingly booked the smallest "ensuite" bedroom, perfect for a solo traveller! I was expecting to feel a little cramped in the space based on the photos, but I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious it felt. The bed was very comfortable, facilities were immaculate, and I was amazed at how quickly the shower warmed up! Entry and exit to and from the guest house was seamless. I appreciated how close the location was to the beach/pier and "downtown" while not in the thick of it all! I had little to no disturbance heard from other guests, the occasional heavy footer down the stairs, but nothing unusual!

Very nice and beautiful house, room big enough for 4 people and wery well arranged and supplied. Wake up by the sun in front of the see 😁 Hosts are very kind and friendly. Very good breakfast as well

A Room With A View is situated in Kemp Town, on Brighton’s seafront. The Grade II listed Georgian building offers parking and free Wi-Fi. Brighton city centre is just a 12-minute walk from the property. The Single Bed Room was really cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the room is well equiped with all the necessary things you need. The breakfast is a nice buffet and you can also order breakfast menus a la card. The Location of the hotel is perfect, directly to the beach and only 10 min walk to the central places. As my stay in Brighton didnt went as expected, due to some illness, the staff at the hotel was really nice and helpful in this situation. Thank you again for you help and understanding! I really appreciated it. I can highly recomend this Hotel!

Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice
