The room was lovely with a big bay window overlooking the sea. Breakfast, and food and drink supplies in the room were great. I had to move the furniture around as I was looking for something I had lost, and it was immaculately clean everywhere I looked. David and Pascal could not have been kinder, and on arrival we were greeted warmly and David immediately took charge of our big case, carrying it up the stairs to our lovely room. Our stay could not have been nicer. Great place to stay.

The room was lovely and the location was so convenient and beautiful.

Javed, the host, and his staff are really nice people, friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable (pillows and mattress are amazing!), same for the bathroom with a big shower box. The entire house is eco-sustainable. Breakfast was just something else! You can help yourself with several fruit juices, tea, coffe, home-made yogurt (addicting!!!), bread, cereals, home-made marmalade, fruits and so on, while they will cook you what you can choose from their amazing menu. Dogs are welcome! Highly recommended! Definitely a 10 star option if you stay in lovely Rye!

Around 15 minutes walk to the beach and the seaside, perfect for us. Bed nicely sized, not lots of stretching out space but it's a bed room, bed, lamp, TV if in the mood to watch, all you need. Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice

Perfect location on Rye High Street, staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check-in early as room was ready. Large room comfy bed and pillows. Great night sleep and really good breakfast. You get to choose from the restaurant brunch menu that the rooms are above. All in all a great experience
