Offering a bar and mountain view, The Slaters Arms Corris is located in Machynlleth, 38 km from Clarach Bay and 17 km from Castell y Bere. A nice family run business. The hotel dinner was lovely.

Baskerville House, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Clyro, 48 km from Elan Valley, 6.1 km from Clifford Castle, as well as 13 km from Kinnersley Castle. Our room, the house, the owners were all charming. The breakfast served was delicious. The mushrooms and tomatoes were the best I tasted in my 10 day tour of Wales/England

Located in Brecon and only 49 km from Elan Valley, Camden Lodge B&B and Cottage Brecon provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Excellent location with beautiful views. A short walk downhill to town. Accommodation was extremely well furnished and clean. We had the best bedroom we'd ever had on a weekend break. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice.

The host was very attentive,helpful and very friendly. The rooms were fully renovated,spotless and place was very clean and modern yet very cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was warm, served on time and was very good and tasty. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.We had a very pleasant stay.

All the usual word and phrases people use to describe their accommodation would not do the Old Stores justice. I would simply say everything was absolutely perfect.

Location was way into the countryside - delightful setting, very rural, lots of birdsong and owls nesting close by at this time of year. Lovely to see a badger in the garden at night as well. This lovely haven is set in the heart of countryside with nice hilly walks close by and a fabulous view over the reservoir below. Host also has a camera set up in the very pleasant guest lounge for watching wildlife and he was very nice. Breakfast in a nice sunny conservatory (great granary bread). Room and bathroom spotlessly clean.
