As of February 2022 our Car Parking facilities are back in operation. Our car park is limited and is on a first come first served basis. The food, dinner and breakfast was amazing and varied with many local food options and catered well for Gluten Free guests. The room was clean and spacious with good tea and coffee making facilities and a good selection of biscuits. Lovely beer garden.

Only stopped of late for one night stay.the owners are really nice people and the whole place is just fabulous, from the lovely spotless clean rooms to the grounds of the property.i would of stayed another night as the beds were so comfy.we had everything in the room the owners really have thought of everything.

I was expecting a lot of noise in a pub on a Saturday night, but it didn't happen. The bar doesn't play music or TV and the customers weren't very loud (though the rooms do overlook the beer garden, so you can hear some talking if you open the windows). Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were super-friendly, helpful, and polite. It's in a convenient location, not too far from the main roads and the coast. Probably the best room in a pub I've ever had, and definitely on my list of 'places to stay when I go birding in Norfolk' from now on!

On arrival I was given a warm welcome by Elizabeth, who owns the property. Breakfast is excellent with nothing spared. Elizabeth is very informative of the village and surrounding area. I was there for some bird watching and Dower House is well situated for all the local reserves. Mottey, Elizabeth's young black Labrador, is a lovely, friendly dog. All in all I had a great stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone who visits the area. There is a small shop and post office in the village and Fakenham has plenty of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and take-aways.

Clean and beautiful room. The area is so quiet and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful people who made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place.

Housed in a building dating from 2020, this bed and breakfast is 14 km from Bungay Castle and 24 km from Norwich City Football Club. The bed and breakfast has facilities for disabled guests. Although I did not book breakfast, there was self-service available within the room. After walking over 30 miles that day, it was a warm, comfortable experience, welcoming and exactly what I needed. No issues whatsoever.
