Again, another superb experience with Susan and the team. An excellent breakfast, spotless rooms and THE most convenient location in the St.Anne's area. Exceptional vaue for money and probably the best hotel in the town. I recommend this hotel unreservedly.

The property has garden and inner courtyard views, and is 24 km from Trough of Bowland. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. A beautiful venue set in bucolic farm land next to a canal amongst a lovely garden. A 1787 approx building modernised but with all the oldie touches. Very comfortable, a very nice host and a huge breakfast. We couldn’t ask for better.

Only not so good is the possibility to park close to the property but it work well for us after all. Will def come back.

At the bed and breakfast, some units are fitted with a kettle and chocolates or cookies. Very friendly hosts. Breakfast was gigantic and delicious. Fruit, cereal, juice, full English all available. Set us up for the whole day. We were able to store motorcycles in garage which was great. Private bathroom, comfy beds. Perfect.
