Set opposite Musselburgh Racecourse, Arden House - rooms with continental breakfast is a Victorian villa which still retains its original features. The property is clean and lovely. The owners are very cooperating and extremely helpful

Glengair, a property with a garden, is set in North Berwick, 400 metres from West Bay, 2 km from Broad Sands Beach, as well as 7.2 km from Muirfield. Location was perfect. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. Room was comfortable with a big bathroom.

With mountain views, Garleton Lodge is set in Haddington and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden and outdoor fireplace. Amazing place in an absolutely stunning location, the views are unbelievable! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was beautiful also. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again, would like to stay longer and sample the spa facilities next time.

Around 10 miles east of Edinburgh city centre, the 14th-century castle on Faside Estate provides luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation. Fantastic Scottish Castle with the perfect atmosphere and modern facilities. The owner was great! And the food we had for breakfast and snacks was wonderful!!!

Located in Musselburgh, within 1.9 km of Portobello Beach and 8.7 km of Edinburgh Playhouse, The Ship Inn provides accommodation with a shared lounge and a bar, and free WiFi. This was the perfect place for us to stay and make our day trips into Edinburgh. Really enjoyed it.

The Golf Tavern has a shared lounge, restaurant, a bar and water sports facilities in Haddington. John, the owner, and the rest of his staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our stay. We landed at The Golf Tavern after a long journey from the states, and it was the perfect place to get settled before our 3 week trip around Scotland. Close to Edinburgh without paying Edinburgh prices. Experience the local culture in the pub at night with a pool table and darts. John even let us use his PC for a few minutes to accomplish a work task. We asked him if it was hard to run an inn, and he said no, "you just look after people" in his charming Scottish accent. 11/10 would recommend :)
