The history of the building the lovely welcome from the owners and breakfast was excellent freshly made with a wide choice and I loved my on suit very modern.

Situated in the heart of Constable Country, Poplars Farmhouse B&B is set amongst fields and trees, and is less than a 12-minute walk from Stoke-by-Nayland. This 17th Century farmhouse offers free Wi-Fi throughout and there is free private parking on site. Poplars Farmhouse was the most amazing stay - the old farmhouse is beautifully furnished with warm, comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom in our room. The hosts are welcoming and provided lots of ideas for our stay. The tea and cake on arrival was hugely appreciated! The breakfasts offer lots of homemade, tasty options and are so beautifully presented it's a challenge to tuck in, but OMW they are good! Thank you so much - we loved our stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was lovely size, bathroom had plenty of space and shelving, food was excellent - breakfast and dinner. Good location, helped by the weather being good, and an antiques fair taking place opposite.

The historical aspects of the building and the love and care taken in their preservation was a credit to our host. A knowledgeable and interesting host full of information on many subjects made it a special visit. Wish our stay could have been longer and would love to return again in the future.
