Carol is a wonderful host, always helpful and attentive. The room - we had the Scott Suite - was immaculate, spacious and like a home from home. Fantastic breakfast - and the Port and Whisky were a nice touch, too. We'd love to come back.

It’s an historic house, beautiful house, amazing views to the garden, historic and beautiful furniture. The room is amazing, big, comfortable, beautiful decorated. The bathroom deserves a separate paragraph, an old tub, an unforgettable experience. Malcom and Georgie are excellent hosts, they helped us with everything, gave us lots of information about places to visit and helped us organize the continuation of the trip to the Highlands.

I booked this for my wife,she loved it, especially the little extras,a chair in the bedroom,hot chocolate,small things that make a difference. She thought the bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed, and more was thought about and in our room. The breakfast is second to none, and our host was such a lovely person. Sorbietrees is in a great location, near to some amazing walks, sights and some lovely country pubs.

Black Burn Lodge B&B has a selection of attractive bed and breakfast accommodation in the Scottish Borders, around 25 miles north of Carlisle. Located just to the west of Northumberland National Park, the house was designed and built by the owner, and features a delightful garden, terrace and conservatory. We can highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our time on and around the beautiful property. The host and hostess were exceptionally helpful and informative. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area near the river. If you are going to the Newcastleton area, this is where you should stay.

This B&B is situated in a quiet area of Eyemouth, a coastal town in the Scottish Borders. Edinburgh is 48 miles away, and Northumberland National Park can be reached in 40 minutes by car. There is free Wi-Fi throughout, and free parking is available nearby. We loved that we could get anywhere in Eyemouth in just a few minutes!

Set within 15 acres of rural woodland and gardens, this guest house is 1.5 miles from the centre of Jedburgh. Hundalee House has free WiFi and eggs from resident hens are served in the mornings.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer and bathrobes. Further features include tea and coffee making facilities and a TV. We loved the warm welcome from Sheila. Our room was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast in the beautiful historic dinning room was a treat. The location just minutes from Jedburgh was perfect for a good selection of cafes , restaurants and shops .

The bedrooms are spacious and have views over the hills. They all come with Freeview TV and tea/coffee making facilities. There is either an en suite bathroom, or a private bathroom set outside the room. The room was very nice and the breakfast was exceptional. Guy was an excellent host.
