Great location for direct metro into the city centre. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Decent shower. No issue with arriving outside of reception hours, as access codes were provided in advance (upon request).
Very clear instructions to get into apartment, great location for our visit to Stade de France, bakery and supermarkets very close by. The apartment had everything we needed and it was great to have the terrace to sit outside and admire the view of the city. Vincent was a great host and responded to messages quickly.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the railway station, so the city center and airport are both easily reachable. Adam is a very approachable host and the house is very spacious and comfortable, with every necessity available. All positives, I reccomend!
The apartment is clean and neat. All furniture and appliances are in good to new condition. Kitchen comes with cooking ware and utensil. Towels, shampoo, bath lotions are provided. Very comfortable bed. Everything is same as the picture shown. It is on top floor with slanted ceiling. It does not bothered us and we actually find it interesting. The apartment is in Montreuil, about 30 minute train ride to Paris city centre. Neighbourhood is safe, quiet and clean. No issue walking at night.
We liked the accommodation really much. It was tidy, quiet, private and fully equipped. The owner was nice and helpful, giving us clear instructions on how to reach and responded to messages really fast.
Charming and comfortable flat very close to the metro lines 13 and 14 that bring you to the center of Paris in 15 minutes. Excellent quality to price ratio. Clean and quiet flat. Great selection of bakeries, little supermarkets and delicious restaurants just around the corner. Nice and quiet neighborhood.
Great hotel - loved every second of it. Very clean and very quiet. They are currently doing refurbishment but you won't even realise with how quiet it is. Room cleaned every day, very comfortable bed and we had a view of the Eiffel (although a bit far away, as expected). Cheap parking as well! The staff were exceptional!!
The apartment is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to train station and then in 30 minutes to Paris city center. Also near the train station there are super markets, boulangeries, fast food, etc. The bed is really comfortable and the sofa for the two kids was alright. The owner was really friendly and helpful. Private parking spot which is very helpful if you don't want to drive in Paris, which I highly don't recommend.
Great location and very cosy apartament. Have private parking which is not so easy to find when travelling to Paris . Great host -David - very helpful. Will be back for sure
