Sotteville-lès-Rouen

Julie and Valentin are really great hosts and we felt welcomed the moment we arrived. The house is very nicely renovated and besides the comfortable room, the common space with the kitchen and garden are a highlight.The baby toys and books our little one found were much appreciated. You can safely park a couple of cars on the premises, otherwise there are plenty of places on the quiet street. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant recommendations were spot on. You can easily reach the city center by tram within 10min. A supermarket is also within walking distance. We totally recommend this place.

The feeling of coming home when you entered. The welcome was very pleasant and the atmosphere was very relaxed. It's a great place to rest and refuel. The evening dinner was healthy and a good power up. Breakfast was a energy boost for the whole day.

Very beautiful! Very well presented with most things that you could need. Plenty to do and the lady who owns the property is amazing. she was so kind and considerate. She did so much to help us and was always pleasant and friendly. Couldn’t praise her enough and was will to help us when we needed someone to communicate for us in French which was extremely helpful.

Excellent breakfast at a shared table with the chance to chat to other guests. Homemade and home produced products with lots of variety. No other food available but able to have pizza delivery and llowed to eat in the breakfast room. Very quiet location with lots of interesting walks in the area and to local villages. Pierre was a charming host. Very comfortable bed. Poole table available free of charge.

A great location for a night stop. Convenient to the autoroute and Rouen. There’s always a warm welcome from Sylvie and her husband. The rooms are adequate for a short stay and are well decorated. It is quiet at night and we always have a good night’s sleep followed by an excellent breakfast.

Fabulous location, through a door from the busy Rue Monet into a quiet garden and charming accommodation which was perfect for a comfortable stay. Our friendly host brought us a tasty breakfast in the morning, with croissants, bread and fresh fruit salad. A particular delight was sitting in the part of the garden reserved for guests, with birds singing and bees buzzing, such a contrast to the busy area around Monet's house and garden just a stone's throw away.
Spacious room, great location (5-10 min walk into city centre), quiet, good 24h room service, very pleasant outisde dining terrace, very reasonable parking @ €16 per day (EV charging included).
