Absolutely beautiful setting and the most gorgeous garden we have had the pleasure to visit in some time. Fabulous continental breakfast with home made jams, served alfresco in amongst the flowers and plants. Super friendly and helpful host. Relatively close (walking distance) to the centre of town, restaurants and tourist attractions. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to visit again.

The grounds are well kept, the surrounding area was quiet and the host was so friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!!!

Great location near Paris with nice rooms and a great breakfast. But best of all was the great hospitality, also with our dog. Oh and the garden was great. And although threy wrote that late arrival was not possible we could arrive late.

The bed and breakfast offers a sun terrace. Delicious breakfast with home-made ingredients, beautifull house (fairy-tale like). For us it was just a quick stopover of one night en route from our holiday to home, but I can imagine it would be nice to stay here a bit longer. No idea whether there are nice things to do in the area however, as we did not have time to do so.

The owner is a person with high personal culture and impeccable manners. Talking to the host is a great pleasure, especially since she speaks excellent English, which is not always the case in France. Breakfasts are very elegantly presented and tasty. A selection of products sufficient to find what you like. Room decorated with taste and perfectly clean, bed very comfortable. The house is located a short walk from the RER station, yet in a quiet area. It's a great location.

Le Chateau De La Vierge is a 10-minute walk from Bures-sur-Yvette RER station on Line B, which offers direct access the Châtelet - Les Halles district and Roissy Airport. Free private parking is provided on site. superb place with a wonderful host. Marcilenne was amazing, she took care of all our needs and made us feel extremely welcomed. The building is restored beautifully and feels like a trip back in time.
