All air-conditioned accommodation at Oliveira Rooms features minimalist white décor and some rooms maintain original French doors and beamed ceilings. There is free Wi-Fi, heating, and a flat-screen TV with international channels. We had to book a room very last minute in Valencia because our flight was cancelled due to the CrowdStrike outages. We had only six hours notice that our flight would be cancelled and had just gotten off the train from Alicante to Valencia. I immediately went to Booking to look at hotels and found Oliveira. I was shocked that it was so reasonably priced, in a great location and available last minute. We had an incredible check in experience with friendly staff and were immediately put at ease. The room was beautiful, clean and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Spanish July heat. We didn't choose to have breakfast at the hotel so I can't speak to that but everything was incredible and I would stay here again. It has very close proximity to the main attractions of the area, great shopping nearby, and a 30 minute bus ride to the beach. You can even use their beach towels and umbrella if you choose to make the trek to the beach. 10/10 would recommend.

The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 2.6 km from Marenyet Beach. The guest house features facilities for disabled guests. Clean, nicely furnished room. Comfortable bed. Location was good as well, near the beach. Staff were very warm and super nice. 10/10 would stay here again.

This recently renovated guest house is located 1.7 km from Puerto de Valencia and 2.6 km from Turia Gardens. Each room is equipped with a patio. Great and very polited owner, near beach. Around property we had all we need (bakery, shops, caffee., restaurants..). Everyting was GREAT! Hardly wait to come again.

I loved how much care Adrian and his lovely wife put into this location which is just 15 minutes away on foot from Colon (a main transport connection point for Valencia). Their recommendations really contributed to a better visiting experience too. Their spotlessly clean place has everything a traveler might need: a comfortable bed, an air conditioning system which allows you to set a perfect temperature, a mini-fridge for late night snacks and even some tea & cookies for times of cravings. The breakfast room is accessible from 6-10 everyday and there are just 4-5 tables, but the accommodation venue is small, so it's never crowded. The breakfast items are fresh, delicious and on the sweet side: freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, cookies, cereal & milk, jam & butter, but there's some yoghurt or melted cheese as well. Their coffee is great! I also arrived late & left very early, so it was easier with the self-check-in & check-out process. I'll definitely book them again whenever I'm in Valencia!
