Decorated in cream and grey tones, apartments include parquet floors and lounges with a sofa and flat-screen cable TV. Their kitchens are equipped with an oven, fridge and hob. Some of the apartments have a terrace. Perfect location just behind plaça de la Reina, literally two minutes walking distance. The apartment was exceptional, super clean, and comfy. We've been assigned a three bedroom apartment (our reservation was for three adults), with two separate bathroom, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. One room was upstairs in a little separate attic with its own bathroom. The other two rooms and the other bathroom in the downstairs area were separated from the kitchen and living area by a door. Perfect for sharing the apartment with friends and having at the same time your own privacy. Last, but not least, even though we were just above some bars and restaurants we didn't have any problem with loud noises, everyone was very respectful in the area and with the windows shut you couldn't hear almost anything coming from outside. The apartment has its own adjustable ac, so I think it should be no problem at all even if you visit Valencia during the summer or in general with hot weather. The apartment was located on yhe third floor, accessible with both stairs and lift.
