The rooms are a step above what I've experienced in similarly priced accommodations nearby and have individual A/C units, which is not a given in the area. This was very welcome since it was rather hot and humid during my stay!

Breakfast was very good. Mini fridge refilled every day for no extra cost was so so thoughtful, plus the bottle of wine to welcome us. The bathroom had shower gels, perfumes, shampoo, cotton buds, hair dryer, body lotion... it was all about great extras at this B&B. The place is also quiet and very relaxing. Irène is such a nice person, she organized a fishing trip for us. She was always offering great advice about literally anything 😄 and we can confirm her advice were worth it. Tiziana and Maurizio are lovely hosts, we had a great time. They are real genuine good people! They also have a social project, supporting single mothers, which we found very touching. We had some nice chats and they gave super recommendations on what to do on our last day in Cabo Verde. Maurizio prepared breakfast for us personally, which was the best we had in CV! Even the cakes he bakes himself! We just stayed for one night, before our flight home the next evening. They even offered leaving our bags behind as the room wasn't booked for the next night. We could go back to have a rest and a shower before our night flight, which was a huge help and very thoughtful, as my partner got sick on our last days and needed an extra siesta before the travel. It is situated 2 km from Praia de Prainha and features full-day security. The guest house provides a restaurant serving African cuisine, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. Nice location on a quiet safe street across from the post office. Very comfortable for 2 people with a nice large bathroom. Central to everything and a nice easy check-in and check-out. The food at Techas Place was also great and we ate there for dinner and breakfast. The wifi worked very well and the shower was nice and hot. This apartment was a great value with a warm welcome and they were also able to arrange an early breakfast for us and taxi so that we could make our morning flight. Obrigado para todo!
