He purchased me a pass for the exercise park just a block away, which I used on a daily basis. The breakfast was very good and was at the schedule time each day. When I needed anything, he provided information and even offered to drive me to my destination on two occasions. There is a small store directly across the street, which sell many items one my need on their stay. The mall is just two blocks away and has very nice shops and a large grocery store with high quality items. It is a very relaxing neighborhood and extremely quiet at all times of the day. When I return to Popayan, I will stay at the Comforta Spa. Thanks, Alex

Charming place. The food at their restaurant (I went for dinner) was excellent and the waitresses working at dinner were fabulous (10/10).Overall the management/owners run the place very well, are very professional and courteous and helpful. The location is great to what I needed. The hotel was very nice aesthetically with a huge open center with rooms surrounding it and a beautiful little courtyard in the center where the restaurant was. Also, considering the low price of stay it was well kept and felt safe.

Great little hotel/hostel. Spacious rooms and large bed. Good wifi with well stocked kitchen utensils. 10 min walk to the main plaza and quiet at night to sleep. Flexible check in and check out on the days I went which was most appreciated. Great value!
Clean, new and very quiet place. Very central. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Perfect for a short stay in Popayan. The reception is 24h. Definitely worth the price.
Great location close to the central square. However, that’s also a disadvantage as the traffic is very noisy. Beautiful building and sympathetically converted rooms. Staff helpful. I asked to be moved to a quieter room which they accommodated.
The apartment is small but very functional. There is everything you need :) even a washing machine. To the city center you can walk in 20 minutes but in the evening it is better to take a taxi - cheap & convenient ☺️ Our host was very nice & helpful.
Everything. It is charming place near to all the town facilities but in a quiet place. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Decoration is very beautiful. Filtered water for free is a very important aspect for me in an accomodation due to reduction of plastic impact.
