Relax in the European style conservatory. Linda was an excellent host. She gave plenty of tips and recommendations for Launceston and even for our itinerary afterwards. The breakfast offered a variety of foods and was very satisfying. The location was great and quite central. I would definitely stay again.

The guest house also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. One of the most wonderful places to stay, without question. We were a group of five adults travelling for some relaxation and wine and food tasting! Beds were comfortable, lots of space for our large group, the place was very clean, great furniture and the main living area/kitchen is huge, the gardens around the property are beautiful, the views from the property are exceptional, the hosts are a delight (special call out to Charlie!). Such a relaxing experience, lots of books to flick through, games and jigsaws, wonderful wineries to experience in the surrounds, fantastic places to eat close by, and if you want to cook at the booking the amenities are excellent, we cooked a few times and found everything we needed easily. I would plan a trip back just to stay here again!
