Purple Hen Winery and Vineyard is a 3-minute drive away. Rhyll Haven B&B is an 8-minute drive from Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and a 12-minute drive from Phillip Island Nature Park. Everything excellent. The loft was cozy and clean.

Featuring a secluded garden setting, Genesta House offers boutique accommodation in a restored 100-year-old home and includes free WiFi. It is a 5-minute walk from Cowes Beach and various local dining options. We stayed at Genesta in Philip Island, where we went to celebrate Father's Day. We loved the facility for the cleanliness of its rooms, attentive staff, and proximity to Cowe Beach. They made us very happy with the little surprise they made for Father's Day. It was a place that I definitely recommend and we can't wait to go again.

We arrived late afternoon and received a warm welcome from Bernadette, the hostess, who answered all our questions about the accommodation and the island. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious with an updated bathroom and a very relaxing deck. The guest house was at a perfect location as it was less than one kilometer to our evening Penguin Parade booking. We enjoyed the continental breakfast which included freshly perked coffee, bread, warm croissants, sliced cheese and meat, and fresh fruit. We highly recommend Swan Lake Guest House for anyone seeking lodging on the island.

Just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, Phillip Island Cottages offer a private patio with garden views. Guests have access to a BBQ area surrounded by lovely gardens. Free parking is available outside each cottage. Easy walking distance to main street/shops, waterfront, etc. Comfortable accomodation with excellent facilities.

Each unit has a balcony offering sea views, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a well-fitted kitchen and a private bathroom with bath and free toiletries. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Guests can grab a bite to eat in an outdoor dining area at the guest house. Beautiful staff, so kind and welcoming and an excellent location— incredible view ! So easy to find all the main attractions and added bonus having the cafe and farm store on site. Loved the farm fresh eggs for breakfast :)
