The view from the coriander was amazing. We wanted to start hiking around 7 am as weather might rain. Since breakfast at 7-10am. The host prepared us breakfast to go and their dad gave us a lift to the trail head ( save us 1.5 km walk) Hot water is strong. Wifi works great highly recommend !!! We were coming from Kosovo on the way to Tirana and decided to experience rural Albania like the locals. Staying in the middle of the mountains, while enjoying a traditional dinner and breakfast really hit the spot. We were in touch with Jona after our booking confirmation, and as we were coming with public transport she arranged for her dad to come pick us up in Kukës for a reasonable fee. The ride through the mountains was already worth it! Jona's mother prepared us dinner and breakfast, which can be arranged in advance, and this was the perfect opportunity to try some fresh milk from the cow :) Pro tip: if you come early enough, you can apparently hike to a nearby river, about an hour away. We arrived in the evening and it was already dark, but will definitely come back earlier next time. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, everything was working properly (including WiFi and hot water!) Thanks to Jona, Dul and Mine for taking such good care of us, we will see you again!

The hosts were very nice and accomodating. They helped organise a taxi for us to get to the start of the Valbone to Theth hike and provided us with a delicious breakfast that set us of for the day. They also provided blankets so that we were kept warm and cosy at night and we had beautiful mountain views from our window.
