A fantastic place to stay , perched on mountainside , overlooking harbour and sea. captains room was fabulous, tastefully decorated, very spacious and huge balcony . Entire house had a luxury feel to it. Short distance to a lovely town and beach. Breakfast was delicious . Most important thing to mention is the lovely hosts , Carmen and Lance . So friendly . This place is amazing! The rooms are tastefully done, have everything you need, comfortable beds, beautiful gardens, and the balcony’s face the ocean for an amazing ocean view. The owners live on site and are delightful people, and the staff are exceptional. The breakfast is extensive, cooked to order, and delivered to your room to enjoy on your balcony. The property is well maintained and safe. Arrange your schedule to allow time to simply sit and enjoy the incredible view and relax. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next visit.

So many little extras. The view was fantastic, small fridge in the room with lounge facilities with dishware and cutlery. Very easy to bring one's own food into the guesthouse. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed to find a medical clinic and pharmacy.

The hostess was very friendly and welcoming The breakfast was excellent, especially the variety of options to choose from and very well prepared Incredible views from my room and a very comfortable bed The room was very well equipped with a small kitchenette (sink microwave, cutlery and crockery) so I had everything I could need. The bottom gate access is very convenient given that the building is 2 storeys built on the embankment. I also appreciated that I could leave my bag at reception for a short while after check out so I could do a few things before I left Simon's Town

This establishment is very centrally located in Simons Town is a very safe area. We had a beautify sea view apartment with two bedrooms and a large full bathroom with shower and bath tub. We could park our car on street level without any worries. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and luxurious. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to accommodate our need to store our luggage for two nights between stays. They even do the dishes for us. We can definitely recommend this place and will be staying there again when we go to Simons Town.
