The staff is super friendly, helpful and nice. They will do anything to make sure you have a pleasant time. We arrived at 4 am, it was cold and raining and we were provided with blankets and heater and made comfortable before check in. The whole place is modern and very clean. Great rooms with nice bathrooms. Big reception with lots of seating. Nice breakfast included in the price. Free bicycles. It's quiet but not far from the town where you can find restaurants, cafes etc...This is the best hotel we've stayed at in Vietnam. And Tam Coc is a beautiful place to cycle around. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Such a nice stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated with bamboo, as the name suggests. The swimming pool is stunningly located against a rock formation. The location is also perfect, a 5 minute walk from the centre, there’s just a rice field between the centre and the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here! Such a great location. Very clean, spacious room. Our host was lovely and so helpful with any questions we had. The small pool was absolutely delightful. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for affordable accommodation. You must visit Ninh Binh, it was one of our favourite stops on our first trip to Vietnam. Make sure you stay for at least 2 nights. We could only manage to do one physical activity each day because of the heat, so I wish we’d stayed another night.

Sweet family who will do whatever they can to help make your visit fantastic. Spotlessly clean facilities and a nice, large bathroom. Quiet location that's only a 3-minute walk to the center of town where restaurants and the bus station are. Very relaxed atmosphere. Motorbikes and bicycles available for rent. Great suggestions from the host family on things to do. The family even invited us to a delicious home-cooked meal, and they practiced their English while we practiced our Vietnamese language skills.

It's an amazing place, ideally situated in front of a beautiful lake with lotus flowers, amongst the mountains. Buck, the manager in charge of the whole place, is a wonderful host, welcoming and helping all her guests with a smile. The chalet was beautifully designed and decorated, extremely spacious and comfortable. Staying there felt like home away from home. It's an ideal place to write a novel amongst the serene, picturesque surroundings. I would highly recommend it and would like to stay there in my future Vietnam visit. I wish I had more days to stay in that beautiful resort in Trang An and explore the whole area a bit more.

Centrally located, yet still down a quiet lane, with a nice courtyard and cool swimming pool. Staff arranged a scooter for us to rent for getting around, and had cute puppies to play with, too! We even ended up staying an extra day, it was so cozy.
