we had a double room en-suite and it was to a very high standard, cleaned daily and well equipped. the communal area is very convivial , clean and has great cooking facilities. what makes this place are the staff. nothing is too much trouble from bikes , to beach towels to a lift to the restaurant. breakfast is basic but nice,. it was the closest we came to being at home on a long trip. up can do your laundry which is great.

What a wonderful stay! The property was perfectly located minutes from the beach and the town of Jose Ignacio yet totally private in nature! The room was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were typical with bread, ham, cheese, fruit and sweets and eggs upon request. The setting is divine with a swimming pool, lush gardens, and a wonderful shared kitchen area with bbq! The owner Nikki was delightful, and very helpful with whatever your needs and questions were. The room is very nice. everything was very tidy and new. Towels ad sheets were very good, also beach chair, umbrella and towels are a plus. It has light and air, the bathroom had everything needed. Though there are things that have to be improved: Light coming through unshade windows, no hooks for the towels.
