The room was clean and it was a decent sized room so it was comfortable in that way. Also, our room was in a good location so it was quiet.

Hats off for that excellent breakfast of sausage and scrambled eggs! So enjoyable than other hotels who serve biscuits and gravy or waffles or hard boiled eggs!

I felt like the hotel was trying to be something it's not. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is maybe a 2 star tops My room smelled like old cigarettes. Reminded me of a old cheap motel. It's like they were trying to put lipstick on a pig.

Wasn't sure about this place as this was not your usual booking.com hotel room, but price was excellent so gave it a try. Very pleased we did. Our room was upstairs in private house in residential neighbourhood, Access via private door. Communication was good and check in was all done via phone. They allowed us to park in the driveway, also street parking available in quiet street. The place was spotless with lots of personal touches such as pot plants, games and plenty of snacks. Quiet area. Excellent value.
