    Very spacious. Large, comfortable beds and warm, private pool with selection of pool toys available. Good, quiet location. Beach in easy walking distance with a handily provided beach trolley. Good communication a few days ahead of arrival.

    The studio was perfect for myself and 2 daughters. It was so easy to access using the keypad. The place was clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. Great location to jump on the trolley and go to Clearwater or anywhere from there to St Pete! Our host was very gracious to allow us to use the studio for an extended time on our last day because we had such a late flight. We were extremely appreciative. I would absolutely recommend Pelican Beach Studios to anyone looking for a great stay!

    Great location, 1 block from the beach in a quieter section of clearwater beach yet walking distance from the pier. Larger sized unit, good kitchen facilities, great coffee maker, a toaster oven, microwave and fabulous gas stove. The property had a lot of nice extras, suntan lotion, beach chairs, beach toys and beach umbrella and beach towels which was wonderful. Having free parking at the building was fabulous. Kim and Darlene who run it, and the cleaning staff were superb. You couldn't ask for nicer more accommodating people.

    The location was just perfect being close to overcrowded and over rated Clearwater beach but quiet and and almost private and beautiful beach. The room was clean and comfortable but the bonus was the little kitchenette with stove, fridge, sink, etc. where you can prepare a quick breakfast and take a few steps to the beach.

    Perfect location and wide gulf and beach view from private balcony. Only steps from the beach Very good and new interieur, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, free almost new bicycles. Far from high buildings and really quiet. Great!
