At the bed and breakfast, units come with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Featuring a private bathroom with a shower, units at the bed and breakfast also feature free WiFi, while some rooms also feature a terrace. All units at the bed and breakfast feature air conditioning and a desk.

Now: the room is simple, but functional and clean enough. The bathroom is usable and about decent, the hot shower works well. There was a bit of musty smell in my room occasionally, not overwhelming for me. I saw 3 different rooms, and each time I inspected the bathroom. But no fridge, no kettle, no mosquito screen, no bedside table, the TinyBath shelfless and hookless, no inhouse laundry service (the super "Superlaundry" a 10 minutes walk away), no bedside lamp, only two glaring ceiling lamps, but a bedside plug (too high). There is aircon (never tried), but no fan. There are bigger problems though: on the premises in daytime is only a housemaid who speaks no English whatsoever, avoids communication and seems stressed. At one point she called the owner by phone who speaks a bit of English. At night there are anglophone vendors and bar keepers on the ground floor who seem to have connections to the hotel. But I never felt welcome or supported as in almost any other Thai hotel big or small, anglophone or not. The other thing: on booking.com they say that they offer parking. But they don't offer private parking, only public parking on the lakeside road. Now I came with car and bicycle and the information "parking available" had been important for me. In the user questions on booking.com, the owner says they don't have parking, but I did not read that before booking. I read the general description, which seems to say that private parking is available, and I filtered my booking options for properties with parking. When I arrived, the housemaid didn't know about my booking. She offered me three different rooms, seemingly all available. Upon calling the owner after touring three rooms, she learned that only one of these 3 rooms was available for me. When you take the room key out of its slot and out onto the street with you, there's no more electricity in the room.

    - Undercover parking spaces for motorcycles and cars. - Safe and quiet area. - Nice coffee, tasty congee and toast for breakfast. It’s sufficient for us. - Wardrobe with hangers to hang our jackets. - Polite staffs. Our prepaid booking didn’t show up on their system but they still allowed us to check in.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Nice large room, very clean and quiet and a great location not far from the lake and restaurants and shops. I would’ve extended my stay but it was fully booked.

The private bungalow rooms look out into a small little grassy area in which you can park, so you're able to see your vehicle right from your room. Facilities either newly restored or brand new, so everything was clean and functional. Bed was fabulous, and room comfortable with handy amenities. Was travelling solo on my bike, and felt totally safe. Great value for my money, and the location is close to the lake. I'll be back! 🙏

Beautiful guesthouse. Spotlessly clean. Furnishings, the quality and style of a high rated hotel. A large, detached chalet style room with verandah and small bistro table and chairs. No more than a 5 minute walk from the bus station and shops but in a quiet area. The stunning lake is also only a 10 minute walk away where there are many restaurants to choose from, some over looking the lake at sunset. Not to be missed. I highly recommend this lovely guesthouse with it's lovely family owners.
