The situation right in the Mountain View and the birds singing early morning 😊 The place is very spacious with a large verandah facing right into the superb views. - And the host was very charming and generous even bringing us some eggs for our dinner as we had failed to shop en route.
It's always amazing to have great mountain views greeting you early in the morning and the villa ticked this box perfectly. The housekeeping was done well and the rooms were very clean. In addition, the house was very quiet and away from the main road. There was a water supply interruption in the town but it was not David's (the host) fault. To his credit, he brought in containers of water supply for drinking and the toilet. Simply fabulous!
Amazing stay at L'Escale Royale, Sebastian and his wife are great hosts and made our stay memorable. Do choose their dinner option if offered, they cooked great traditional creole dinner every night.
Also the place where the hotel is located. offers great views as you wake up in a valley between mountains. Just amaizng.
Everything! The house is beautiful and modern, the beds are super comfortable, good appliances, etc. And I loved the location, very quiet and silent, with spectacular sky at night.

The house is new, modern and well built. the terrace was super nice and the garage outside absolutely beautiful!
Everything was comfortable and really met our expectations. the location was perfect for hiking with many trails only a 5-10min drive away. very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was in the fridge and fresh bread and something sweet was brought every morning.
We liked the fact that it was very private and you don’t depend on breakfast schedules or such.
