Well, the owner is staff are really nice people (btw, hotel is a family business). I expected really small room (15 m2, as said on Booking), but got a whole fully functional kitchen in addition, and the room itself was mostly taken by a huge bed - can't complain! Bathroom was really nice too. Historic touches in the room and bathroom. There is more, but I will not tell you everything so you could get a nice surprise!

- Pedro, Isabel and the kids are the most nicest host, you could imagine. On our arrival there were fresh fruits in the fridge and the family brought us two "Welcome beers" and a cake. - The communication with the host was super, always available and sometimes Pedro even had a few recommendations what events are going on in town. - The pool was always clean and had a nice, chilly temperature. We got extra towels for the pool and beach. There were two canvas chairs for us to relax at the pool. - The furniture, kitchen and bathroom felt brand new and every kitchen gadget was working perfectly fine. - The route to the Sea was around 5 min per feet with a lot of nice little restaurants on the way/at the beach. A lot of mini mercados and supermarkets are just around the corner. - The apartment and neighborhood are mainly quiet and you can perfectly rest your mind. - A little TV with the whole tv program. - Rain shower

Great place in central povoa.The staff was also very nice and helpful. Bedroom had a large and comfy bed which felt amazing after a camino walk. Windows seemed soundproofed so we didn't hear the noise from the street however we could hear the guests come and go inside the building. It didn't stop us from sleeping after a long day of walking though.
