They gave personal and impactful recommendations (Spellbound cave tours-highly recommend!), and they were always ready with a funny story or anecdote. The breakfasts are amazing! I loved that we were in our own little private lodge with a beautiful view. Jamie left us a bottle of wine for us to celebrate our honeymoon and she even kept the mini fridge sully stocked/offered to restock the fridge with homemade goodies for breakfast during our stay.

We stayed at Crinkly Cottage for one night after visiting the Glowworm Caves and absolutely loved our stay! The cottage is super cozy and had everything we could have wished for - including a lovely breakfast with wonderful homemade products :) Paula and everyone else were lovely and made us feel so welcome. We also loved meeting all the animals and spent a whole afternoon on the veranda, relaxing in the sun and watching the cows.

The room was very clean and the beds comfortable! I have dust allergies so was very relieved that the sheets were freshly laundered (have had some bad experiences in the past). It was a nice surprise that the room also had access to Netflix, and was very fitted out with a heat pump, electric lights. Modern and practical furnishings.
