The Barn Bed and Breakfast is a rural property located 15 minutes' drive from Dunedin. The barn is separate from the house and is completely self-contained with one upstairs bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen/dining area.

Alan is a super host. He had the fire on, and he made very welcome from the first moment. Breakfast was lovely, The area is so beautiful.
