Thank you for the hospitality. Very restful to sit outside and watch the local wildlife in the reserve, birds coming in to roost for the night, local moggies, and even a kingfisher! All the best :-)

It was lovely to have breakfast sorted in the morning. Carmen thoughtfully left a loaf of freshly made bread on the bench and treats in the fridge. The house was amazing, everything you need for a quick get away. And the bed was super comfy.

This was a budget price but provided a clean comfortable and welcoming place to stop overnight on our journey. We had private access to our room with parking at the door. Breakfast is not provided, but there is basic cutlery and plates with tea and coffee for two.

Great room in a nice quiet street. Was easy to find, had what we needed and nicely laid out. Given we had several friends staying at different motels in Putaruru and hearing their feedback I think we hit the jackpot. The communication was really friendly and accommodating. Was a shame we didn't get time to sit outside with a cuppa as I think it would've been a really nice tranquil place to enjoy.

Fine for a one night stopover. It's an older property, which I was aware of when booking, from previous reviews. However it was very comfortable and generally met my needs. A bonus is that the motel units are back from the main road, so it's quiet, and the motel is close to the local supermarket. There are cooking facilities but I did not use them. There was a good choice of TV channels, including Netflix.
