Leon is a great host! Everything is very clean and tidy, there is free Coffee and Tea in the kitchen. Rooms are not big but again very well equipped and clean. Breakfast is also very nice with some fresh fruit and vegetables. The only topic which could be improved is that the matresses are rather hard, but the rest was perfect :)

All the available rooms are located on the first floor in the tastefully designed bed & breakfast, and have a view on the beautiful landscape. Shower & toilet are shared facilities and the breakfast room is located on the ground floor. During the daytime the breakfast room is also available as a relax room. In the area there are many recreational possibilities such as cycling, walking routes, surfing, kite surfing and skating.

The room and particularly the bathrooms were nicely decorated and spotless. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and plenty of different spots to sit outside. Also great pizza!

Very cute location, the place was easy to find, everything was easy to use and we were offered to use the bikes they had in the garage. Communication with the host was easy and relaxed, Theo and Miranda were very kind and accommodating.
