Marrika (not sure if I am spelling that right) and her husband were amazing host! They were warm and welcoming and gave me ideas of things to do during my short stay. Bikes are provided for a fee. It was about a 15-20 minute bike ride over to the Keukenhof garden. Many restaurants are close by on foot which is nice. The neighborhood made for a beautiful walk to dinner. I felt very safe walking alone at night. The complimentary breakfast is elaborate and delicious and they provide a lovely floral arrangement for each guest. I thought that was a lovely touch. Nothing not to like. It had everything one needs. Clean rooms, kitchen, bathroom. Its was a home away from home for the week I was there and a friendly owner. Its a bit off the bus route, but slapbang in the middle of 2 bus stops (ca 2km each way) but connections to the airport or into Amsterdam are good.
