I had a wonderful stay! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the hosts are kind and welcoming, the location is just a short walk from the historic monuments, and the combined restaurant and store made things very convenient. All in all it was terrific value, and made for a great experience. I would love to stay again, and highly recommend!

A spacious, clean apartment with a very comfortable bed, cable TV, fridge and decent facilities for simple food preparation - and even a washing machine. The location is quiet, and just a short walk from a pleasant park and easy access to buses to get to the mausoleum and other sites. The host was friendly and helpful.

Clean, large rooms, excellent gym! Also nice with free parking, especially because the hotel is a bit far from the city center.

Great location, everything is pretty close from the house - train station and major attractions of the city. My room was bigger than I expected with good natural lighting when the blinds were open. Staff was very helpful and accommodative if you need advise or help (using Google translate only)

One of the best hotel I have stayed through Booking.com. Excellent location, clean room, comfy bed. Extremely polite staff, especially front office staff Zhanerke and her Manager Timur. They upgraded my room once they came to know about my room “bed” issue. Because of my return flight departure timing changed, they even allowed a late check out free of cost. Excellent breakfast, all in all it was a great experience. Once again thank you Zhanerke and Timur for taking a great care of us.

The home was a traditional kazak home that revealed the actual life of people and Mrs. LEZZAT, the owner was very hospitable and her son Mr. Askar helped to take me to city center by car freely. Upon my arrival, Mrs. LEZZAT entertained me with tea and free food and at night she prepared me dinner upon my request against 2000 Tinge. In this home I was very comfortable and I felt at home.
