TOTONOU Place is a recently renovated guest house in Asahikawa, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. The air-conditioned accommodation is 40 km from Furano Station, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and bicycle parking for guests.

I chose Totonou Place because it was surrounded by nature and looked nice in the pictures. The place was great indeed, clean, new, and quiet. The owner was super friendly. I didn't really know places other than Aoi Ike to go to, and he was kind to take me by car and show me around. In the evening we ate yakiniku together. And on the next day, he even took me by motorcycle to Aoi Ike and to a hot spring. I did some plowing for him in the morning in exchange, which also felt very nice as you don't usually do that on workdays. I would definitely recommend staying at Totonou Place. You will find nature such as mountains, mountain rivers, fields, woods, and stars at night, a great way to take a rest from the city hustle and bustle. And if you don't know anything, you can always rely on the owner. He knows lots of cool tips and is simply a great guy. Even if you are traveling alone, that would be a wonderful place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel, conveniently located within walking distance from Asahikawa Station. The owner was exceptionally attentive, and their friendly tabby cat added a lovely touch to the experience. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. Additionally, the owner's extensive knowledge about climbing Mt. Asahidake was a significant plus, providing valuable tips and advice for my adventure. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location clean and quiet. Hokaido resort liner to the door. Aeon mall and jr rail is only a block away. The short cut out the back door makes it very close. Onsen is very good and free for hotel guests, although it is not natural spring it is so clean and many different pools to use. Sauna is really hot and a cold pool is really cold. Highly recommend.

Great location and cheap parking close by. Excellent location to walk around for food and a clean comfortable spot to sleep. Obviously it's a business hotel but it's perfect for a weary traveller to rest.
