Great location - middle of the old town; easy walking to Villa d'Este, restaurants and a good car parking building. Rooms were lovely (huge old rooms, beautifully renovated, with stunning original ceilings!!), both bedrooms are good size (main one is really big); excellent modern bathroom, really large living space - all as described - and there was even the bonus of a separate, shared kitchenette we could use. Great communication with Marco, who was was a friendly, available and helpful host.

Central location, walking distance from all historic places in the town, cafes and restaurants, as well parking station. The hosts are very welcoming and hospitable, always available for assistance and guidance. The moment you check in, they make you feel welcome and at home, typical Italian hospitality! We arrived late due to traffic, they brought us dinner charcuterie, wine and water, absolutely delicious, not to mention generous portions, compliments of the hosts! The place is amazing, with lots of charm and character, you feel transformed back few centuries, but with all the modern comforts. They also own a restaurant next door with delicious signature dishes. The guests are made welcome here, too, with offers of discount (I did say they are very hospitable!), but that aside, it is a gem and a must eat place, also full of history and character. In short, 'Fermati che è tardi', is a true compliment to historic Tivoli. Grazie mille, Marco e Camelia!

Loved the brand new, super comfortable and modern room in the historic building, the fabulous location near famous sites, and the safe, secure building. A bonus was that there is a restaurant downstairs owned by the same family, and we enjoyed outstanding food there. There is a small shared kitchen separate from the room that has free juice, tea and coffee, very nice. In a highly walkable location, just a few minutes to Villa d’Este and Villa Gregoriana, along with being steps to tons of shops and cafes. Really enjoyed it and would definitely return when we come back to Tivoli.

This apartment was in an excellent location , not far from the Villa d'Este . The breakfast in the cafe below was excellent with very friendly staff . The rooms were freshly decorated , and the beds had 2 pillows per person - 1 hard ( suited my husband ) and 1 soft ( suited me )

It is nice room in the city centre, with possibility to use shared roof terrace with exceptional view. Owner is very helpful, he gave us information about sightseeings, nearby restaurants, transportation possibilities etc. He is personally involved and cares of its guests. Room was clean, perfect location in the city center, yet not overcrowded.

Great location in old centre. Seems like it’s newly renovated. Located up one flight of stairs. Feels very secure. Quiet. Clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, some condiments supplied. We walked here from the train station in under 10 minutes, then walked everywhere else from here. If I am lucky enough to return to Tivoli I’d love to stay here again. Tivoli is amazing and deserves a few days stay, you won’t regret it.
Perfect location for enjoying the old town of Tivoli and for visiting Villa D’Este. Sympathetically renovated room, maintaining the charm of the old building, with its high ceilings and wooden beams, while creating a modern make over.
The breakfast room was beautiful, at the top of a tower, with windows on three sides, allowing a stunning view of roof tops and the countryside.
A charming host, contacted me through What’s App, and gave information about parking, which is not on site ( obviously as the B and B is in the old town)
It was in a great location for the shops, bistros. So easy to navigate the streets. The property was I a quiet corner of the street. It was big enough for the 3 of us. 2 big bedrooms. The main was the washing machine. This was a luxury for us. Has we have been travelling around Italy since 13th of June.
Highly recommended. Confortable, cosy, quiet, fast internet, renovated bathroom- I was remoting and it was perfect, I could work at ease and enjoy Tivoli. Tivoli is a great destinstion and less than 1h cheap train (less than 3€) to Rome. Recommended also to have it a base for Rome. Gino is a charming host!
