A lovely classy property, probably an old farmhouse, very tastefully decorated and furnished. The beroom was more like a suite, extremely spacious and pleasant. The bathroom was vast! The staff were kind and very helpful. We loved the chickens, chicks, cockerel, and rabbits roaming the garden! The B&B is well out of town but there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (albeit along a busy main road). We went to La Braca, where we had a fantastic experience. It's probably the best meat restaurant ever!

- The host is especially welcoming, a really nice presence and very open to discussions. She can handle herself with English;
- The Garder is the main attraction and as a fact the reason for choosing this place and I gotta say it does not disappoint, not one bit;
- The house is indeed old, but very much clean with air conditioning/heating, clothes hangers, seif, somewhat comfortable beds and definitely comfortable couch, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee making machine, water heating machine, a huge variety of tea, coffe supplied on the house, everything you need in the bathroom/kitchen and the water heats pretty much instantly;
-There are a lot of trattoria and bars around, some of them opened until 23:00/00:00 in case of late arrival. Same goes for markets;
- The park behind the property is a nice touch in case you need more 'green and nature' than the garden;
- Upon arrival the host has greeted us with a bottle of local Sparkling Wine, a really nice touch for a very good first impression.

Beautiful hotel with a large garden, good private parking and extremely helpful staff. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The whole atmosphere at the hotel was calm and welcoming. The whole experience was worth it.
The hotel was conveniently located for our needs and much cheaper than most options in Bologna for those dates, while well connected with the city (by car).
Beautiful building with striking original features- helpful hosts, spacious accommodation, good location near station, relaxed and quiet. Good cycle storage, washing machine and dishwasher, useful kitchen.
