The hostess was amazing and went way above what was expected! I felt at home from the moment I arrived in Roseta degli Abruzzi! In a previous comment, I remarked on the lack of heating - only to find it was my fault entirely! I'd failed to turn it up! So 10/10 for everything!

Atri is a beautiful ancient city with fantastic views surrounding the town. Francesco was a terrific host - the best that we have had in our many years of travelling. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable - especially the bed! It was spotless and filled with added treats and thoughtful supplies to make our stay so easy. Beautifully situated Villa with fantastic views, very tranquil with just the birds singing and the church bells high up above in the mountain above where there is a very pleasant small town. The property was very clean and had cooking facilities if so desired. Great coffee with a decent breakfast. The host Pino was very helpful and friendly,an excellent host.

It’s a very nice local hotel in a small town. We were the only guest that day in September. The effort they made for only 1 room was excellent. The room isn’t big but it is everything one needs for a short stay. I love the historic/romantic appearance of the hotel and the room.

The apartment was located in a new development with secure parking behind gates. It was situated in a great location for the beach and all amenities. The flat itself was beautifully clean with everything you needed. Samira has spent time thinking of everything guests might need and even provided snacks and beverages on arrival. Samira and her family are lovely hosts who go the extra mile to be helpful. There are even bikes in the garage for guests to use.
Great little hotel very good food, great staff and great location in the centre town close to nice restaurants and bars. Very good value hotel in a lovely small town minutes from the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price.
Take the local bus to Atri great view's on the way a really good half day trip.

The apartment is actually freshly renovated, the furniture and appliances are actually new! I even found a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with a view! It's out of the way, to the restaurant and supermarket max 10 min walk (although 3 min from the house is a great caffeteria!). To the beaches - paid or free - is max 5-10 min walk. Quiet, very private place, perfect for relaxation! Highly recommend
