We loved this spot! We stayed 2 nights but wish it were longer. Good location to walk to center (we are walkers though), the host was super about details and communication. Recommended a few spots for dinner which we tried out and loved. The spot is small but the comfort level gets high marks. The shower was great as well. Recommend highly if you are into staying a short walk away from center. It is on the opposite end of town from the furniculare but there is a bus. Thank you for having such a sweet spot.

This place is very nicely decorated - cool style! And our room was great. The sense for details was very clear - every little item was specifically selected with great taste. Everything was amazing! The property is gorgeous! The room was spotless, and the car park is free and secure! The environment was clean, very peaceful, the property's gardens and views of the high hill are vivid with color. The host- is Amazing. We were greeted with a very warm welcome. We were not disturbed by anyone during our stay. We had dinner on the property which was home cooked and wonderful! The town is easy to get around as well as to drive towards other for seeing. Conclusion: Our stay was exceptional. I was comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend visiting the area staying at La Rosa di Orvieto
